The theme for 2016 is self-discipline.
Physical: I will continue engaging in aerobic exercise in order to improve my overall physical health. I really enjoyed running my first half-marathon in 2015; it was a life-altering experience. This year, I’m going to run a faster half-marathon, a full marathon, and an olympic distance triathlon.
- Complete a Half-Marathon in under 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Complete a Marathon.
- Complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon.
Career: I want to further my education as a teacher.
- Begin work on finishing my Master’s degree at California State University East Bay.
Financial: I will put my financial house in order.
- Reduce debt by 50%.
Personal: I have tried to summit Mt. Shasta a few times, and for various reasons have been turned back. The volcano holds a special place in my heart.
- Summit Mt. Shasta. I’ll do this on my Spring Break, April 2 – April 10.
