2016 Goals

The theme for 2016 is self-discipline.

My Goals:

Physical: I will continue engaging in aerobic exercise in order to improve my overall physical health. I really enjoyed running my first half-marathon in 2015; it was a life-altering experience. This year, I’m going to run a faster half-marathon, a full marathon, and an olympic distance triathlon.

  1. Complete a Half-Marathon in under 2 hours 30 minutes.
  2. Complete a Marathon.
  3. Complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon.

Career: I want to further my education as a teacher.

  1. Begin work on finishing my Master’s degree at California State University East Bay.

Financial: I will put my financial house in order.

  1. Reduce debt by 50%.







Personal:  I have tried to summit Mt. Shasta a few times, and for various reasons have been turned back. The volcano holds a special place in my heart.

  1. Summit Mt. Shasta. I’ll do this on my Spring Break, April 2 – April 10.
